The self-drilling metal dowel for plasterboard and gypsum fibre boards. The fischer plasterboard dowel GKM is made of metal. The dowel is screwed flush into plasterboard panels in pre-mounting with a cordless screwdriver or by hand. With simply planked plasterboard, no pre-drilling is necessary. For plaster fibreboards and double-planked plasterboard with drill 8 mm. The fischer GKM can hold wood, sheet metal and chipboard screws from 4 to 5 mm thick as well as different hooks and eyelets. This makes it universally suitable for attaching lights, electrical installations and furnishing accessories safely and quickly. Advantages: the GKM can be used in plasterboard and plaster fibreboard due to its material properties and can be used with a wide range of screws, hooks and eyelets. This opens up a wide range of applications. The sharp, self-drilling thread allows for secure, form-fitting attachment. This achieves a high load capacity. Thanks to the Phillips drive, a standard screwdriver or bit can be used. No special setting tool is necessary.
